Job Description

As a Winder Helper, you will assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, working closely with experienced winders. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with qualified winders to maintain electrical equipment effectively.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and identify any issues.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Engage in training and upskilling opportunities offered by the company.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop.
  • Participate in quality control processes and inspections.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship in electrical engineering is preferred.
Experience
  • Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of Electrical Diagrams
