Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to uphold our high standards in manufacturing and production. The successful candidate will ensure product quality through rigorous testing, inspection, and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed quality reports for management.
  • Monitor quality performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of quality training programs.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering preferred)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
Technical Skills
  • Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Quality management systems (QMS)
Soft Skills
  • Teamwork
  • Time management
Certifications
  • Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
Languages
  • English: Fluent
