Responsibilities

  • Initiate and lead quality improvement projects.
  • Develop and review quality documentation and policies.
  • Support investigations into quality failures and customer complaints.
  • Ensure all products meet established quality standards before delivery.
  • Engage with customers to understand their quality needs and expectations.
  • Champion a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Monitor quality trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Maintain effective communication regarding quality issues.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and work towards enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Advanced quality certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within the manufacturing sector.
