Job Description

As Production Manager, you will be at the helm of our production facility in Derry, leading a team of skilled professionals. You'll drive operational efficiency, uphold safety standards, and implement best production practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct production activities to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies.
• Work with the quality assurance team to guarantee product quality.
• Evaluate production processes and recommend improvements.
• Communicate with upper management regarding production updates.
• Coordinate with HR to manage staffing needs for the production team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Document production processes and maintain compliance records.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in production management

Technical Skills

• Six Sigma
• ERP Software

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
