Responsibilities

• Attend to emergency service requests promptly to minimize operational disruptions for clients.
• Perform quality checks on repaired equipment before returning it to service.
• Generate and present service reports to customers, outlining work completed and future maintenance needs.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product updates and new technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• Additional certifications in safety or equipment operation are beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in field service engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic Systems Expertise
• PLC Programming

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
• IOSH Managing Safely

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
