The Shirt Operator plays a crucial role in our manufacturing team, responsible for operating and maintaining the machinery used in shirt production. Attention to quality and detail is paramount, as the successful candidate will ensure that every shirt meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Run pressing machines to finish shirts.
• Inspect finished shirts for quality assurance.
• Work closely with the production team to maintain workflow.
• Log production data and report any machinery issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in training new staff on machinery operation.

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a similar position: Hands-on experience in a production or textile environment.
