Ware Finisher

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ware Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finishing and inspecting wares within a manufacturing environment. As a Ware Finisher, you will be responsible for finalizing the surface treatments, ensuring quality, and preparing products for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on all finished wares.
• Apply coatings and finishes to meet specified requirements.
• Document all finishing processes and any issues encountered.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in training new staff on finishing procedures.
• Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize finishing processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience as a Ware Finisher or in a similar finishing role is preferred.

Technical Skills
