• Utilize various leatherworking techniques to craft intricate designs.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all items meet strict standards.
• Help train and mentor junior staff on leatherworking best practices.
• Create custom-made leather goods from initial concept to finished product.
• Participate in product development meetings to provide input on new designs.
• Manage time effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training in leatherworking is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leatherworking
