Responsibilities
Utilize various leatherworking techniques to craft intricate designs.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all items meet strict standards.
Help train and mentor junior staff on leatherworking best practices.
Create custom-made leather goods from initial concept to finished product.
Participate in product development meetings to provide input on new designs.
Manage time effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
Education
Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training in leatherworking is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leatherworking
