Job Description

We are seeking a Wire Winding Machine Tender to operate and maintain machines used in the production of electrical components. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, alongside experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters for different wire types as per job requirements.
• Record and document any anomalies during production processes.
• Assist in training new operators on machine setups and maintenance.
• Ensure that all safety measures are adhered to at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in machine operation is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience with specific wire winding machine brands/models is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Quality Control
• Basic Computer Skills

• Knowledge of electrical safety regulations: An understanding of safety standards and regulations in an electrical manufacturing environment.
