Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Punch and Assembly Department Supervisor to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will coordinate activities in the punch and assembly departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the punch and assembly teams, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop strategies to improve production processes and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage the scheduling of production runs and coordinate resources as required.
• Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Review and analyse production data to make informed decisions.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in manufacturing or management preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
