Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plastics Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling plastic products following specific instructions and blueprints. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Use various hand tools and fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Document processes and report any issues to the supervision team.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Actively contribute to safety awareness and initiatives.
  • Support the training of new staff in fabrication techniques.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on tools and equipment.
  • Assist in identifying waste reduction opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Higher qualification in manufacturing or engineering is beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in plastics fabrication or related field
Technical Skills
  • CNC routing
  • Knowledge of various plastics
Soft Skills
  • Teamwork
  • Communication
Certifications
  • Advanced Fabrication Techniques Certificate
  • First Aid Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
