The Insole Lip Turner is crucial in ensuring the quality of our footwear products by expertly turning and shaping the edges of insoles. This position requires keen attention to detail and a Solid understanding of footwear materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machinery for insole production.
• Monitor the production line to ensure efficiency.
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with the quality assurance team.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Document production outputs and issues consistently.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in manufacturing or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment specializing in footwear production

Technical Skills

• CAD software for footwear design

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
