Job Description

As the Machine Records Units Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our machine records units. You will ensure that all records are meticulously managed, focusing on accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This is a pivotal role that directly contributes to the overall performance of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the machine records units team.
  • Audit and verify that all records are maintained correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure standards are met.
  • Maintain records of machine performance and usage.
  • Address any discrepancies in the records swiftly and effectively.
  • Lead team meetings to discuss strategies for improvement and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in machine operation or maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.
