Job Description

As a Die Assembler, you will work closely with a skilled team of engineers and technicians to design and build custom tools and dies. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing process runs smoothly and our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues related to tooling and die assembly.
• Implement best practices for manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve production workflows.
• Contribute to project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of assemblies.
• Utilize various hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Keep up with industry trends and incorporate new techniques.

Requirements

Education

• HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Formal training in die assembly is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• CNC Machining
• Welding Techniques

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ISO Standards: Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to manufacturing.
• Experience with Automation: Experience in using automation equipment in manufacturing.
