Job Description

As a Padding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a padding machine to produce high-quality textile products. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality as you oversee the production process and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production runs and operate them efficiently.
• Conduct routine quality checks on products and adjust machine settings as necessary.
• Document production data and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
