Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mold Presser to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining mold pressing machinery to produce high-quality molded products. Your expertise will help ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate mold presses and related equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
• Document production outputs and material usage for reporting purposes.
• Work with the quality assurance team to resolve any discrepancies in product quality.
• Train new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Assist in the design and modification of molds as necessary.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in advanced manufacturing processes is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Mold Presser is preferred.
