Job Description

As an Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter, you will be tasked with the crucial responsibility of preparing and operating our advanced laminating machines. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the laminating machines with precision.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to achieve desired output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols during production.
• Liaise with team members to optimize production workflow.
• Train new operators on machine handling and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies in materials.
• Document all machine operations and maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or training in laminating or related field

Experience

• Preferably experience with large or irregularly shaped materials

Technical Skills

• Operating laminator machinery
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
