Are you ready to take on the challenge of overseeing machine operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? As a Shift Operator, you'll monitor and adjust equipment, maintaining optimal performance while ensuring all safety protocols are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine operation to ensure efficient and safe processes.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on materials.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Keep a tidy and organized work area to promote safety.
• Collaborate with production teams for seamless operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in manufacturing or related discipline preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years working with manufacturing equipment

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with MES and PLCs
• Ability to operate HMIs

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Time management

Certifications

• Health and Safety Awareness Certificate
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles: Knowledge of lean practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience in quality control: Experience with maintaining and improving quality standards in production.
