Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to oversee our purchasing strategy. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify needs, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating terms for contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the procurement lifecycle from sourcing to contract management.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to manage budgets effectively.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and make recommendations based on pricing, quality, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain procurement documentation and records.
  • Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the procurement function.
  • Assist with the development of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CIPS) are a plus

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
