Job Description

As a Paper Goods Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality paper goods. Your expertise in setting up and operating machinery will ensure efficient production processes and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate machinery for the production of paper goods.
• Monitor and adjust the production process to minimize waste.
• Ensure that all machinery is maintained in good working condition.
• Work with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Review production schedules and adjust settings as necessary.
• Complete quality inspections and report any defects.
• Keep work area tidy and compliant with safety protocols.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Manufacturing Operations is desirable

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a related manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• Machinery maintenance
• Lean manufacturing principles

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• First Aid Certification

Languages
