Assembler

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of components and products while ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards. Your attention to detail and manual dexterity will be key in this hands-on position.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble parts according to detailed specifications and quality checks.
• Inspect assembly procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure proper use of tools and machines for assembly tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to assist in smooth operations.
• Follow strict safety guidelines and quickly escalate any concerns.
• Engage with colleagues in problem-solving discussions.
• Assist in training new team members on assembly processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NVQ or equivalent in manufacturing would be advantageous

Experience

• Experience with specific assembly tools preferred.

Technical Skills

• Technical drawings interpretation
• Health and safety knowledge

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
