We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Paper Stacker to join our team in Birmingham. The primary responsibility of this role involves efficiently organizing and stacking paper products in our manufacturing facility, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent physical stamina and an ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review instructions for stacking paper products.
• Operate paper stacking machinery and equipment safely.
• Sort and arrange paper according to specifications.
• Examine paper items for defects and damages.
• Ensure accurate stacking and secure packaging of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management when necessary.
