Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Process Improvement Manager to lead our continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making related to process enhancements.
  • Establish performance metrics to track the impact of improvements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align improvement strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in improvement initiatives.
  • Document processes and maintain a repository of best practices.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on problem-solving techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Experience
  • 7+ years in a manufacturing role with a focus on continuous improvement
