Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Glove Boarder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate glove boarding machines to ensure high-quality production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate glove boarding equipment for optimal output.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to avoid downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate production records and logs.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating machinery is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience with glove boarding machines

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in glove manufacturing: Prior experience working in the manufacturing of gloves or similar products.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles: Understanding of lean processes to optimize production efficiency.
