Job Description

We're on the hunt for a skilled Stab Setter and Driller. If you're passionate about precision drilling in metal and plastics, this role is perfect for you. You'll be setting up and operating drilling machines, ensuring high-quality production and meeting operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Set drilling patterns according to specifications for different materials.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards in all operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Support the Engineering team in troubleshooting complex drilling issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or certifications in engineering or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in drilling or similar operations

Technical Skills

• CNC machine operation
• CAD software proficiency

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to safety

Certifications

• Health and Safety Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to use CAD software: Hands-on experience with CAD software for engineering designs.
• Experience in high-speed drilling: Demonstrated knowledge in high-speed drilling techniques.
