Job Description

As a Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setter, you will play a crucial role in the production of ropes and related items. This position involves operating specialized machinery and ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for rope production and ensure accurate operation.
• Conduct quality checks to verify the adherence to product specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to accommodate different rope specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting machinery issues during production.
• Train and mentor new employees on operational procedures.
• Create and maintain production logs and reports.
• Implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Engage in regular safety training sessions to ensure compliance.
• Support team members with additional production tasks as required.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in manufacturing or textiles is advantageous.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
