Job Description

The Sandblasting Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the sandblasting process and managing a dedicated team of sandblasters. This position requires ensuring that all projects are executed on time, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the sandblasting department.
  • Conduct regular safety briefings and training for team members.
  • Implement quality control measures during the sandblasting process.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align on project scopes and timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on sandblasting productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and health standards.
  • Lead team meetings to discuss performance and improvement plans.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new personnel.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in safety management are preferred.
Experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in sandblasting operations.
