Job Description

As a Brake Lining Finisher, you'll be at the forefront of our production process. Responsible for inspecting, finishing, and packaging high-quality brake linings, you'll ensure that every product meets stringent quality standards, thereby driving customer satisfaction in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of brake linings for defects.
• Execute finishing processes to enhance brake lining performance.
• Accurately package finished products adhering to documentation standards.
• Handle machinery and tools associated with brake lining finishing.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations during production.
• Work closely with the production team to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of finished products and inventories.
• Ensure the workspace is safe, organized, and clean.
• Assist with training new staff on best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Experience
