As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the necessary tools and dies required for production. This role requires technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities
Adjust and calibrate dies and equipment to meet product specifications.
Install and remove dies from presses and machinery as necessary.
Troubleshoot any issues encountered during production.
Keep detailed logs of maintenance performed on equipment.
Work closely with production staff to improve workflow.
Train new employees on tools and machines used in the process.

Education
Technical qualification or apprenticeship in relevant field.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
