Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pottery Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of pottery items while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
Monitor equipment operation and make adjustments to optimize production.
Conduct regular quality checks on pottery items and report any discrepancies.
Implement new techniques to enhance production efficiency.
Assist in training new staff on machinery operation.
Document equipment usage and any repairs carried out.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain inventory of materials used in production.
Support other teams in the manufacturing process as needed.
Requirements
Education

Training or certification in machinery operation (advantageous)
Experience
Experience in operating pottery machines or similar equipment (advantageous)
Technical Skills
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of pottery-specific software (advantageous)
