Auxiliary Operator

Job Description

We are looking for an Auxiliary Operator to support our operations in London. This position involves operating and monitoring machinery and equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machinery for optimal operation and production efficiency.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and assist with equipment repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Identify and escalate operational issues to the appropriate team members.
• Support colleagues in achieving production targets and maintaining quality.
• Record and communicate any supply shortages to management.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the operations team.

Advantageous

• Experience with PLC programming: Hands-on experience in programming and maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical systems: Ability to troubleshoot simple electrical systems or equipment.
