We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Systems Coordinator to join our team. This role involves implementing and optimizing manufacturing systems to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in production processes and a strong grasp of manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
• Manage system upgrades and maintenance schedules.
• Gather and analyze production data to inform decision-making.
• Assist in developing strategic plans for future manufacturing capabilities.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure systems integration.
• Facilitate communication between departments regarding system updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
