Job Description

As a Custom T-Shirt Embroidery Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to produce bespoke designs on various apparel. We seek someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program embroidery machines based on order specifications.
• Monitor production quality and correct any issues as they arise.
• Work alongside the design team to implement new embroidery patterns.
• Train junior operators in machine operations and embroidery techniques.
• Keep the workspace organized and tidy to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock checks of threads and materials.
• Strive for continuous improvement in production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1 year of experience operating embroidery machines in a production setting preferred.

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance
