We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving efficiency while effectively managing inventory and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Streamline supply chain operations to enhance agility and responsiveness.
• Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets related to supply chain activities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Utilise technology and software for supply chain management.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the supply chain team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management or related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain Analytics
• Cost Reduction Strategies

Soft Skills

• Strategic Thinking
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
