Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining can filling machines in a vibrant production environment. Your expertise will ensure that all cans are filled accurately and in compliance with our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the filling line to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure functionality.
• Assist in training new staff members on machine operations and safety procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement practices in filling processes.
• Adhere to company policies regarding cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Machine maintenance

Certifications

• HACCP training or certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
