Bottler Helper

Job Description

Join us as a Bottler Helper! You'll play a critical role in the bottling process, working closely with your team to monitor operations and conduct quality checks, contributing to our mission of high-quality beverage production.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and preparation of bottling equipment.
• Monitor the flow of materials for bottling operations to ensure efficiency.
• Check that all bottles are correctly labeled, capped, and sealed.
• Inspect bottles for defects and report issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of machinery.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience is required, but experience in a similar role is beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Physical stamina
• Basic troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Good communication
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a similar manufacturing role: Previous work experience in a bottling or production environment.
• Basic computer skills: Familiarity with using computers for logging production data.
