Job Description

We are on the lookout for dedicated Machine Feeders and Offbearers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently removing and inspecting soldered boards from wave soldering machines, ensuring that quality standards are strictly adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Operate wave soldering equipment effectively and safely.
• Inspect soldered boards for quality assurance and report findings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards throughout the production process.

Requirements

Education

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in a related field.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of wave soldering techniques

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

• Additional certifications in electronics manufacturing: Any relevant training or certification in electronics will be considered an asset.
