Job Description

We are seeking a Chemical Machine Tender to operate, adjust and maintain the chemical processing equipment to efficiently produce high-quality chemical products. This role requires both technical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure the production processes run smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust the operational parameters of chemical processing machinery.
• Document and report on equipment performance and product quality metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules.
• Serve as a resource for junior operators and provide training as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for chemical processing

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with hazardous materials: Knowledge of handling and safety practices concerning hazardous chemicals.
• Leadership experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in a production environment.
