Lock Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lock Maintenance Supervisor to manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of locks across our facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all security measures are upheld and that our clients' environments are safe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and performance of junior technicians to ensure high standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing of locks.
• Liaise with other departments to facilitate seamless lock maintenance activities.
• Audit and assess the effectiveness of current security measures.
• Provide expert advice on the procurement of new locks and security systems.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational qualification in locksmithing or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in lock maintenance and repairs, with supervisory experience preferred.
