Job Description

As a Cotton Ball Machine Tender, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibility includes ensuring that high-quality cotton balls are produced efficiently and safely within our facility. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can contribute to our team and help us maintain our production standards.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials, such as cotton fibres, into production machines.
• Inspect finished cotton balls for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues as they arise.
• Follow established safety guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Report any malfunctions or abnormalities to the Production Supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production objectives.
• Participate in training sessions for new machinery and processes.
• Assist with the onboarding of new team members, providing guidance on machinery operation.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required. On-the-job training provided.

Experience

• Experience in the textile industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment
• Basic computer skills

• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
