Job Description

We are seeking skilled Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our esteemed manufacturing team. Your role will involve operating and maintaining lathes and turning machines, ensuring the production of precision components to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and turning machines with precision.
• Adjust machine settings for optimum performance and output.
• Ensure that all products are produced according to engineering specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Conduct final inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Assist in managing inventory of tools and raw materials.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Further education in CNC machining is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a lathe operating role.

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages
