Job Description

As a Procurement Manager at Innovative Procurement Solutions Ltd., you will lead our procurement strategies, develop supplier relationships, and ensure efficient purchasing processes. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive cost savings while ensuring quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the procurement team and provide guidance and mentorship.
  • Facilitate supplier selection processes and manage supplier contracts.
  • Analyze procurement data to derive insights and drive decision-making.
  • Monitor supplier compliance with delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.
  • Develop training programs to enhance procurement skills across the team.
  • Manage procurement budgets and report on variances.
  • Implement sustainable procurement practices to support corporate social responsibility.
  • Attend industry events to stay updated on procurement trends and network with suppliers.
  • Review and refine procurement policies and procedures as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • CIPS qualification preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
