Job Description

As an Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter, you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery that shapes metal plates, ensuring precision and quality in production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machinery to meet production needs.
• Monitor production processes to detect issues early.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Train new operators on machinery and safety protocols.
• Ensure that production schedules are met without compromising quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training or certifications in molding or engineering are preferred

Experience

• Some experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of molding machinery
• Basic computer skills
