Join our dynamic production team as a Doubling Machine Operator. You will handle the operation of doubling machines, monitor yarn quality, and maintain necessary production records while following established health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate doubling machines efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to optimize production.
• Load raw materials and ensure smooth production flow.
• Perform routine quality checks on yarns produced.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues swiftly.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies in production.
• Collaborate with supervisors for production planning.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or apprenticeship in textile manufacturing (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a doubling machine operator or in a related role in textile manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Yarn testing equipment

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Advantageous

• Experience with Rieter or Savio machines: Familiarity with leading machine brands enhances operation and maintenance capability.
