Job Description

In this role as a User Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users requiring technical assistance. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in software installations, and providing professional support through various communication channels. You will also collaborate closely with IT teams to enhance user experience and ensure efficient problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Guide users through installations, upgrades, and usage of software applications.
  • Maintain documentation for user support processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the training of users to improve their technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical issues.
  • Track and prioritize user tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting solutions and processes.
  • Review and update support documentation regularly for accuracy and clarity.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant technical qualification is an advantage.
Experience
  • Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
