Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Solar Energy Project Manager to lead our solar energy initiatives in Coventry. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of solar technologies and project management methodologies, overseeing projects from conception to completion while ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered within budget.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

  • Develop marketing strategies for solar projects to attract new clientele.
  • Create training materials and sessions for employees on solar technology and project processes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred
  • Project Management Extensive experience managing renewable energy projects.
  • Solar Technologies Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies.
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead diverse project teams.
  • Communication Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Solar Energy International Certification
  • English (Fluent)

  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices: Experience integrating solar solutions into construction projects.
  • Experience with community outreach in energy projects: Skills in engaging local communities for project support.
