Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager to spearhead our projects in Leicester. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish project goals and objectives in alignment with company vision.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement action plans.
• Maintain comprehensive project tracking systems.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project staff.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a track record of successful project delivery

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
