Responsibilities
Actively negotiate licensing agreements to meet business goals.
Oversee all aspects of the licensing process continually.
Train and mentor junior team members in licensing best practices.
Work alongside marketing teams to craft and execute licensing initiatives.
Ensure that contracts align with current laws and regulations.
Facilitate communication between departments involved in licensing.
Assess ongoing licensing performance and suggest improvements.

Education
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is advantageous
