Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Licensing Representative responsible for managing licensing processes for a diverse range of products. The successful candidate will negotiate agreements and ensure compliance with licensing terms.

Responsibilities

  • Actively negotiate licensing agreements to meet business goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the licensing process continually.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in licensing best practices.
  • Work alongside marketing teams to craft and execute licensing initiatives.
  • Ensure that contracts align with current laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments involved in licensing.
  • Assess ongoing licensing performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is advantageous
