Job Description

As a Legal Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing legal guidance on a range of issues, from contract negotiation to compliance regulations. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with various departments to ensure legal compliance and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for legal inquiries and issues.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on legal compliance matters.
• Monitor changes in legislation that may affect the organisation.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation as needed.
• Work with external legal counsel on specific matters.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and board meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Solicitor or Barrister qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a legal role within a corporate environment
