Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Manchester office. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice on a range of matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and contract law. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal risks associated with the company's operations.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on legal strategies.
• Review and analyse internal policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with third parties.
• Contribute to the development of best practices in the legal department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Postgraduate degree in Law is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law

Certifications

• Accredited Mediator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
